Combining his extensive background in the financial sector with a deep understanding of opportunities in the cannabis industry, Jay co-founded Supercritical, an independent cannabis consulting and growth management firm, where he provides expert consulting and growth management services for cannabis, hemp, and entheogenic businesses in a rapidly evolving marketplace.

Throughout his career, Jay has excelled in providing strategic leadership that drives revenue and growth, including developing and sustaining multi-million-dollar global markets, creating new products to meet customer needs, and establishing a world-class business development and marketing organization known for innovation and customer focus.

Jay's professional journey includes over three decades at the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) and the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, where he honed his expertise in the highly regulated capital market and exchange industry.
