Jason Child

Jason Child is a seasoned finance executive with over 30 years of experience in finance and strategy, accounting, capital markets/treasury, and investor relations.

He specializes in scaling disruptive companies and collaborating with talented individuals to drive growth and success.

Jason's impressive career includes serving as a Finance Director/VP at Amazon.com during a period of significant growth, from a $900M sales run-rate in 1999 to over $50B in 2010.

He also held the position of CFO at Groupon, overseeing the company's growth from $750M in sales in 2010 to $7.6B in 2014.

As the CFO of Opendoor, Jason contributed to the company's growth from $400M in run-rate revenue in 2017 to over $4B in 2019.

Furthermore, he played a key role as the CFO during Splunk's transition from on-premises to Cloud/SaaS, doubling the revenue to $3.7B from 2019 to 2022.

Currently, Jason serves as the executive vice-president and CFO at Arm, a leading provider of processor IP and software design and development solutions.

In addition, he sits on the board of directors of Coupang, Inc., a Fortune 500 e-commerce company, since April 2022.

Jason holds a B.A. from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington and actively contributes to the school's Global Advisory Board.
