Andrea Tarbox

Andrea Tarbox is an experienced individual with a strong background in Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (SPACs), corporate finance, strategic planning, and extensive SEC reporting experience. She has served in various leadership roles including CFO, board director, and sponsor in multiple successful SPACs, with a notable achievement as a founding officer of KapStone Paper and Packaging, the best performing SPAC of its time. Her expertise lies in SPAC formation, M&A, exit strategies, capital structuring, acquisition integration, information technology, investor relations, accounting, and team building.

Currently, Andrea holds key positions as the founding officer, CFO, and board director of Live Oak Acquisition II. Prior to this, she played significant roles at Live Oak Acquisition I and as the CFO and Executive Vice President of KapStone Paper and Packaging. During her tenure at KapStone, she contributed to its exceptional growth and successful sale to WestRock. Andrea has been recognized for her exceptional financial leadership, being named as one of America's best CFOs and receiving accolades such as Chicago CFO of the year. Her career spans globally-renowned companies including Gartner, BP, Fortune Brands, EY, and Uniscribe Professional Services among others. She holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Rhode Island and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Connecticut College.
