He pursued his undergraduate studies at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich (LMU) and gained valuable professional experience at the international sales company, pepperminds. Starting as a promoter, he eventually rose to the position of leading the branch in Munich as a full-time Sales Coach.

To further his academic interests in Management and Business, Janek completed his M.Sc. in International Business with distinction at Leeds University Business School (LUBS). His thesis focused on the internationalization of digital German start-ups.

Currently, Janek is an Associate at AlphaSights, a global leader in knowledge on-demand. His role involves connecting investment and business leaders with a network of industry professionals to facilitate superior decision-making.
