Ann Plough is an accomplished business leader, mentor, and consultant with over two decades of experience in sales, marketing, business development, and project management. She is a graduate of the University of Washington and Aalto-Yliopisto, where she studied International Business, and completed her MBA in International Business Management at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences. Plough also studied Integrative Health Coaching at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition to broaden her knowledge of health and wellness.
Throughout her career, Plough has held various leadership positions, including Marketing Director at Fredman International and Fredman Perfect Kitchen, where she is currently working. Before that, she was CEO and Founder at Kekri Food + Tech, a food tech startup that aimed to democratize food testing. She has also served as Finland Director at Rejuvalyte Oy, a startup that develops electrolyte powder for sports performance, and as a Mentor for FoodTech at Startupbootcamp.
Plough is an experienced board member and advisor with a passion for entrepreneurship, health, and wellness. She previously served on the board of Rejuvalyte Oy and International Professionals in Finland ONNIVATORS ry, and has provided consulting services to startups and SMEs in the food tech and health industries. Plough is an expert in sales strategy, partnership development, and marketing, specializing in international business and venture capital.
