James Lau is a growth marketing professional with extensive experience in project management, business development, and marketing strategy, especially in the e-commerce industry. He pursued his Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Marketing, at the University of British Columbia, where he developed a strong foundation in marketing and psychology, which has helped him become an expert in utilizing behavioral psychology to understand customer pain points and create effective marketing messages.
Lau has worked with several organizations, including Nautilus Digital Corp, Legendary Social Media, and KPMG Malaysia. He served as the Director of Events at UBC Hong Kong Students' Association, Founder of Apologue, Social Media Marketing Associate at Legendary Social Media, and Managing Director at Meatme.ca.
