James Endicott is a successful entrepreneur, investor, husband, and father with over two decades of experience in business management, digital marketing, and real estate investment. He started his career working as a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Knight Transportation and soon switched to E-commerce consulting at Nature's Sunshine Products. After that, he has worked in various positions such as Vice President and Senior Director of Business Development at Millennium Quest, President of Qualified Address, CEO/President at Exact Wave, Co-Founder of Shipease, Co-Founder/President of List Data, Digital Marketing Consultant at Eide Bailly LLP, and Managing Partner at Serento Ventures.

Endicott has also contributed to the country by advising small and mid-sized businesses as a faculty adviser at Brigham Young University and as a board member of Academy for Creating Enterprise. He is a former founder and director of Marriott Business School's Rollins Center of Entrepreneurship & Technology at Brigham Young University.

Endicott is the co-founder and managing partner of Boulder Bag, a small-business venture that specializes in backpacks, totes, and luggage. He holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Utah and a Bachelor's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Brigham Young University.
