Jaime Lang is a results-driven Recruiting Professional with a background in psychology, specializing in client service and recruitment for diverse industries. With a strong commitment to diversity & inclusion, Jaime focuses on creating positive experiences for both candidates and teams. Having started as an Office Manager for an executive search firm, Jaime transitioned to a Career Services role in higher education, where she prepared students, including career changers, for successful job searches. Jaime played a key role in developing internship programs and recruiting executives for senior roles. Known for meeting placement goals and building strong relationships, Jaime's success led to a transition into staffing and corporate in-house recruiting. Jaime excels in understanding all aspects of the hiring process, from the perspective of both the CEO and the candidate, aiming to make positive matches and enhance professional reputations. Outside of work, Jaime enjoys scuba diving, hiking in the Blue Ridge and Smokey Mountains, as well as exploring new craft breweries, restaurants, and festivals.
