Jack Lewens

Jack Lewens has an extensive background in the food and beverage industry, with a focus on wine and beverage management.

He co-owns Vigneti Tardis in Cilento, Campania and previously owned Leroy Winebar & Restaurant in Shoreditch, London.

Jack has also worked as a wine and beverage consultant at Spring Restaurant in Somerset House, London, and as a wine buyer at various establishments including Quo Vadis, Barrafina, and Fino at Harts Group.

His experience also includes serving as the Wine & Beverage Manager at Heckfield Place and as the Head Sommelier at River Café.

With a diverse professional history in the industry, Jack Lewens has acquired a deep understanding of wine, beverage management, and restaurant ownership.
