Hillary Hoffman is a highly skilled social policy analyst and educator with extensive experience in program evaluation, teaching, and school leadership. She has a Master of Public Policy from Duke University, a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Colorado at Denver, and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Spanish from Bowdoin College. Hillary is fluent in Spanish and also completed the Tuck Bridge Program in Business at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
Throughout her career, Hillary has held various leadership roles at DSST Public Schools, including Director of External Affairs and Student Recruitment, Senior Manager of Family Engagement, Advocacy, and Recruitment, and Manager of Advocacy. She has also previously worked as a Policy and Advocacy Summer Fellow at the Office of Family and Community Engagement, a Graduate Research Assistant at Duke University, an Assistant Principal at STRIVE Preparatory Schools, a Young Professional Board Member at Breakthrough Kent Denver, and a Corps Member at Teach for America.
In addition to her leadership positions, Hillary also has teaching experience as a 6th and 3rd-grade teacher. She has gained expertise in program evaluation skills, quantitative and qualitative analysis coursework, and social policy with a focus on education. Her interests include advocating for families and communities, school leadership, and teaching.
