Mutlaq Alqarfy is a highly motivated health researcher and policy analyst with a diverse background in hospitals, universities, and public health departments. He has experience in research, policy analysis, formulation, and program evaluation.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Health Sciences from La Roche University, a Doctor of Philosophy in Public Health/Health Policy and Management, and a Master of Public Health in Health Policy and Management from Kent State University. Additionally, he studied Allied Health/ECG at Prince Sultan Cardiac Center and Cardiovascular Technology at Community Colleges of Spokane.
Mutlaq Alqarfy has held various roles in organizations such as the Office of Executive Director of Financial and Administrative Affairs at KSUMC, King Fahad Cardiac Center/King Saud University-Medical City, Kent State University, Summa Health, and several hospitals where he worked as a Cardiovascular Technologist and ECG Lab Supervisor.
His expertise lies in effectiveness and performance improvement, research, teaching, health policy analysis, and cardiovascular technology. Mutlaq Alqarfy is dedicated to achieving success in all his endeavors and contributing positively to the fields of health research and policy analysis.
