Helen Semple

Helen Semple served as the Deputy Head at St Paul's Girls' School in London from September 2018 to August 2021.2 During her time there, she was involved in promoting inclusivity and diversity initiatives. In April 2021, she hosted a training webinar for staff on inclusivity, which included a guest speaker discussing gender identities.1
Currently, Helen Semple is the Deputy Head Academic at Benenden School.25 She is also the Founder of Schools' Inclusion Alliance.5 Her professional experience includes roles at other prestigious institutions such as PIPERS CORNER SCHOOL, Harrogate Ladies' College, and Roedean School.
Semple has been active in supporting schools with various initiatives, including developing menopause policies and discussing ways to support staff with leadership teams and HR departments.3 She has also given presentations on staff wellbeing as part of the LAHC Insights series.4
