Heather Whiteman is an accomplished professional with a strong academic background and extensive experience in Human Capital Management and Industrial Organizational Psychology.

He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Human Capital Management from Bellevue University, a Master's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from California State University-Sacramento, and dual Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Communications from the University of California, Davis.

At GE Digital, Heather has held the role of VP, Global Head of People Strategy, Analytics, Digital Learning & HR Operations, showcasing her leadership and strategic capabilities in the corporate world.
