With a background rooted in the Printania Palace Hotel in Lebanon, Hala's early exposure to the industry led her to excel in creating unique experiences for guests, particularly in the realm of fine pastries evident in BONCHOU Eclairerie.

Having overseen various successful ventures, including the Monroe Hotel in Beirut and the Markazia Monroe Suites Hotel, Hala has proven her prowess in hotel management, revenue generation, and successfully launching new concepts in the hospitality industry.

She has a track record of developing and managing successful start-ups like The American Tribeca Coffee and Bagels, La Maison du Caviar in Doha, Cafe La Joie, and a fine dining version of La Maison du Caviar.

Hala's contributions to the hotel and hospitality sectors were recognized with the 'Tourism, and Open Door for Women' Award from the Lebanese Ministry of Tourism, highlighting her significant achievements in the field.
