Hala Shesha

Hala Shesha holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Carolina International University and a Diploma in Computer Science from the Institute of Public Administration in Saudi Arabia. With a wealth of experience in IT service delivery management, Hala currently serves as the IT Service Delivery Manager in the COO’s Office of the Information Technology department at NEOM. Prior to this, Hala held similar roles at De La Rue, SABB, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Hala's career spans various managerial positions including User Support Manager, Head of System Support Unit, and Helpdesk Manager. Hala's professional journey also includes experience in educational institutions, having served as a Supervisor in the Computer Department at Dhahran Ahliyya Schools and as a Secretary at Al–Khobar Ideal School.
