Implemented a pipeline management program that allowed for a more rigid and regular evolution, maintenance and growth of the team’s pipeline.- People Management and Resourcing: Integrated a new business focus into the AM roles and responsibilities leading to the team achieving the second highest global new revenue achievement in H2 2016 with only 10% of AM time spent. Led and developed the individuals in the team through coaching, career and skills growth.- Team Hiring and Structure: Grew the apps team from 2 Account Managers to 5 and led resource realignment in early 2017. Regular participant in APAC hiring panels for new Googlers.- APAC AdMob Rewarded Ads Lead: Led the commercialisation and growth of the new AdMob Rewarded product in APAC through enablement initiatives such as sales pitch creation, top opportunity focus and pipeline management.- APAC Leadership: Member of the APAC leadership group, focused on the localisation of global initiatives and staff performance management.
