Federico Antoni

Federico Antoni is a prominent venture capitalist and the Managing Partner at Hi Ventures, previously known as ALLVP (Antoni & Lelo de Larrea Venture Partners), which he co-founded in 2012. Based in Mexico City, the firm is recognized as one of the most active early-stage venture capital funds in Latin America, focusing on sectors such as fintech and innovative technology solutions. Under his leadership, Hi Ventures has invested in numerous successful companies, including Cornershop, Alkanza, and Enlight.13

Antoni has a diverse background in business and academia. He holds both a bachelor's and a master's degree in applied economics from Paris Dauphine and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business. His career includes significant roles such as CEO of Edoardos, a retail company, and CMO at B2W Digital. He has also been involved in the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Latin America, founding Fondeadora, a major crowdfunding platform, and a seed accelerator called Venture Institute.24

In addition to his venture capital work, Federico Antoni is a lecturer in management at Stanford University, where he shares his expertise in entrepreneurship and venture capital with students.25 His contributions to the field extend to writing and mentoring, making him a notable figure in the Latin American startup landscape.
