Guillermo Hidalgo is a security professional who provides consultancy services to both the Private Sector and Government Institutions. With expertise in Legal Use of Police Force, Operational Planning, Police Administration, Police Reengineering, Police Operations, Tactical Use of Firearms, Vulnerability Analysis, Gang Management, Crime Prevention, and Criminal Analysis. He holds a Master's degree in Legal Psychology and Criminology from Instituto Universitario de Puebla and has studied Economics and Public Security and Police Sciences at various institutions. Guillermo has held positions such as Director General at the Professional Training Institute of the State of Hidalgo, Investigator at Community Centers for Violence and Crime Prevention in Puebla, and Coordinator at the Police University of Mexico City, among others.
