Gretchen Napier

Gretchen Napier is an executive leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, excelling in fast-paced environments and motivating individuals to excel by leveraging their unique strengths to enhance organizational performance.

With over a decade of experience, Gretchen specializes in post-acute management, care transitions, Medicaid managed care, systems transformation, talent management, change and crisis management, value-based purchasing, and employee engagement.

She is a Fellow in the Aging Life Care Association Leadership Academy, certified by the National Association of Certified Care Managers, and has a background in creating large-scale organizational change across disciplines using qualitative and quantitative data analysis to improve customer outcomes.

Gretchen studied BS in Human and Organizational Development at Vanderbilt University and MS in Healthcare Administration at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Previously, she served as the Assistant Deputy Chief of Quality, Accountability, and Innovation at TennCare, was the CEO/Owner/Advanced Professional Aging Life Care™ Manager at LifeLinks.Care, and has additional post-acute leadership experience.
