Greg Grant is the President of Red Phone Booth, a position he has held since June 2015.2 He has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, spanning over three decades. Grant's career began at CentraArchy Restaurant Management Co. in 1991, where he worked as an Operating Partner until 2005.12 He returned to the company as an Operating Partner/Senior Manager from 2010 to 2013.1
Before joining Red Phone Booth, Grant worked at Andrews Entertainment District in Atlanta, serving as Food and Beverage Director and later as Director of Operations from 2014 to 2015.2 His educational background includes attending Eastside High School from 1987 to 1990, followed by studies in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management at SCC (Spartanburg, SC) and Greenville Technical College from 1990 to 1992.12
Throughout his career, Grant has demonstrated strong leadership skills, managing large teams and overseeing various aspects of restaurant operations. He has been responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising staff of 60 or more team members, as well as managing budgets and financial reports.2
