Grant Tröeger

Grant Tröeger is a highly accomplished and experienced leader in the cannabis industry, with a proven track record of success in driving growth and profitability for large retailers across the United States and Canada. Throughout his career, Grant has provided strategic vision, innovative thinking, and strong leadership to help businesses navigate the complex and rapidly evolving landscape of the cannabis market.

With a background in Business Management from both Endicott College and Metropolitan State University of Denver, as well as additional leadership training through Denver Leadership Experience at the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business, Grant is well-equipped to tackle the challenges of leading cannabis retailers in highly competitive markets.

Currently serving as Vice President of Retail at Northeast Alternatives, Grant has also held key leadership positions previously, including Director of Retail, Southern & Western Regional Manager, District Manager of the Rocky Mountains, Store Manager at Native Roots Colorado, and General Manager at Ajoya Cannabis (formerly Compassionate Pain Management).

Throughout his career, Grant has consistently demonstrated his passion for driving customer satisfaction and building strong, motivated teams that deliver exceptional results. He has a deep understanding of the cannabis industry, as well as extensive experience in retail operations, merchandising, inventory management, and compliance.
