Gil Hoizman

Gil Hoizman is an accomplished HR and strategy executive with extensive experience in management consulting, venture capital, and executive coaching. Gil is a graduate of Tel Aviv University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Management. He later pursued his Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Gil started his career working for McKinsey & Company before moving on to work as an Engagement Manager & Consultant at Intunitive and then as a Principal at Concord Ventures. Gil then served as the Director of Corporate Strategy at Amdocs, where he managed the company's strategic planning process. Gil eventually transitioned towards talent management, executive coaching, and HR, and later founded his own consulting company called Dilemma. Gil has worked as a Lecturer of Strategy and Decision Making at Tel Aviv University's Coller School of Management and is currently serving as the VP of HR at Britannica Knowledge Systems.
