I did some great creative work at Host across 2 x stints and thoroughly enjoyed myself, bringing together a big shoot for Jockey featuring the New Zealand All Blacks. Had a busy time helping out at Sibling, the STW agency set up exclusively for the Westfield Group covering Brand, PR and Media, and Produced 7 different shoots in 2 months totalling 10 days of shooting. I Produced with TV Production Company, AMVI on a TVC for Sprite, with John O’Hagan represented by Ridley Scott and Associates, who was a delight to work with and a great Director.I also helped Semcom, a POS agency through a very busy period.

Senior Integrated Producer - Freelance

Senior Business level Client Service role. Working exclusively on the Westpac account, one of Australia's largest banks, with the Westpac Agency Management team.I was charged with running various programs of work centered around heavy Financial Reporting, discovery of inefficiencies within the business and implementing programs to turn these around. Heavy focus on Governance and Operational Excellence. This role spanned DDB Brand, Tribal, Rapp and Shop across the Sydney and Melbourne offices.Responsibilities/Achievements•	Managed all Financial Reporting into Westpac•	Set up and implemented a 10% efficiency program across $8,000,000 spend•	Ran a 'High Inherent Risk' Program which was then rolled out across all of Westpac's agencies

MercerBell were quick to act once they learned of my availability. They asked me to come in to review their agency process and ways of working. This audit morphed into the building of an intranet using the CMS Claromentis. I wrote and populated all the content with key stakeholders, provided training and managed the launch internally.

I joined Wunderman on my return to Australia and was charged with Production, Operations and a place on the Management Team. Together we led the agency to become the fastest growing WPP agency in Australia, 8th fastest growing office across Wunderman’s 186 offices globally, and most creative office in the network. Along the way we bagged a lot of awards and recognition, Caples, Echo, Spikes Asia and ADMA. We were named Digital Agency of the year in the APAC region at the Digital Asia Festival of 2012, were shortlisted as Australian DM agency of the year three years in a row and received a “High Commendation” in 2010. I developed a world first organic ink, that fertilizes plants as the advertising biodegrades in soil, saw a great DM pack awarded the 3rd best DM piece in the world for 2012 in the Won Report by Directory Magazine and had a bit of fun winning the Pitch on Gruen.Whilst doing the day to day Production across Print, Outdoor, Digital, Experiential, Photography, Online Video and TV. Naked, a forward thinking strategy agency, and Lunch, their events management arm brought me onboard to manage a Press Campaign, an appointment that quickly turned into starting up their Creative offering. The department quickly grew to house a Creative Director, Designer, Mac Op and Traffic Manager. I then implemented a way of working linking Strategists to the Creative Department via a team of 7 Project Managers.
