Steve Kyryk

Steve Kyryk is a seasoned talent management and consulting professional, with over two decades of experience helping various organizations grow and deliver critical solutions in an increasingly dynamic and digital world. He joined Hobbs & Towne, Inc. in 2006, serving as a senior partner, where he spearheads the growth and expansion of the firm's technology and energy practices. Steve works with a broad range of clients within all functional disciplines, including synbio, agtech, next-generation human and animal nutrition and therapeutics, plant genetics, and many others.

Steve's expertise involves working with some of the world's leading venture capital, private equity, and family office investors. His experience includes sustainability, alternative energy, clean technology, natural gas, food, agriculture, aquaculture, disruptive technologies, M&A, talent management, leadership assessment and training, executive coaching, and deal flow.

Steve earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the State University of New York College at Fredonia, where he honed his analytical and critical thinking skills. Before joining Hobbs & Towne, Steve worked at a leading Pacific Northwest boutique search firm as a senior search consultant, where he delivered top talent for Seattle-based companies such as Amazon, Microsoft, Rational Software, and many others.
