Gayle Pollack

Gayle Pollack is a partner at Morrison Cohen’s Business Litigation Department with a focus on joint venture and partnership disputes, debtor-creditor litigations, and complex real estate matters.

She is well-versed in all stages of litigation from pre-litigation counseling to trial and appeal and has extensive experience as an appellate attorney.

Gayle has argued over 50 cases before New York’s appellate courts, including the state’s highest court, the Court of Appeals.

She holds a J.D. from New York University School of Law and completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Public Policy at Brown University.
