Gaurav Agrawal

Gaurav Agrawal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the human resources field. Currently serving as a People Business Partner at Ericsson in the Networks unit of Market Area Southeast Asia and India, he strives to provide top-level service to his stakeholders while acting as a trusted adviser on all people-related matters. Gaurav believes in teamwork, leading by example and prioritizing continuous improvement.

His career began as a Trainee Recruiter in a staffing company where he learned the ropes before climbing the ranks to senior officer Talent Acquisition Global Shared Services Center at Ericsson. From there, he moved on to become an executive in global recruitment at Bristlecone - a Mahindra Group Company - before transitioning to his current role. Gaurav is deeply committed to his profession and believes that an HR professional should be like a mechanic - able to work on any type of human resource management role and do it well.

Gaurav holds a PGDM in Human Resource Management from IILM Gurgaon and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from North Orissa University.
