Mamata Patravali is a highly qualified professional with extensive experience in the fields of human resource management and recruitment. She earned an MBA degree in Human Resource and Marketing from the renowned Visvesvaraya Technological University and a BBA degree from Karnatak University.

Her career began as a Human Resources Management Trainee at Accord Software & Systems, where she gained significant knowledge in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and other critical aspects of human resource management. Later, she served as a Human Resources Executive at the same company, building her skills in employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.

After her tenure at Accord, Mamata joined IBM as a Recruitment Specialist and Staffing Consultant. There, she honed her skills in talent identification and recruitment while also leading teams and collaborating with hiring managers.
