Gary Hughes is a divisional leader with a profound background in market intelligence, work acquisition, skills development, mentorship, quality assurance, and technical oversight.

Graduating in 1997 with a B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering, Gary has garnered extensive experience in civil engineering consulting, particularly excelling in project management of multi-disciplinary teams.

Gary is known for his ability to stay composed under pressure, explore various perspectives in problem-solving, and collaborate effectively with individuals across all organizational levels.

His expertise lies in road pavement and surfacing materials, road rehabilitation, geometric road design, industrial, institutional, and residential developments, water and wastewater treatment, stormwater management, and diverse classes of urban and rural roads.

Currently serving as the Divisional Manager for Roads and Land Development at Bosch Projects (Pty) Ltd., Gary has previously held roles as a Project Manager and Lead Technologist in Roads and Transportation at Bosch Stemele (Pty) Ltd. and as a Technologist at Ninham Shand.
