Dr. Buck is known for establishing the 'Faculty Fellows Engaging Community' program at Biola University to enhance cultural competence and community-based learning among faculty members.
Her extensive educational background includes a Ph.D. in Intercultural Education from Biola University and Ed.D. in Higher Education Leadership and Urban Education from the University of Southern California.
She holds an M.Ed. in College Student Affairs from Azusa Pacific University and a B.A. in Communications from California State University, Fullerton.
Dr. Buck's professional experience includes serving as an Adjunct Professor at California State University, Long Beach and holding various leadership roles at prestigious institutions such as Biola University, Loyola Marymount University, and the University of Southern California.
She has also founded her consulting firm and collaborated with diverse communities through non-profits, NGOs, community centers, churches, and schools.
