Frederick Joutz
Frederick Joutz is a distinguished economist with a strong academic background and extensive research experience.
He holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Washington, a MA in Economics from the University of British Columbia, a BA in International Economics and Politics from the University of Maryland - College Park, and has also studied French Studies at Universite de Strasbourg.
Throughout his career, Frederick Joutz has held significant roles, including being a Co-Director at the Research Program on Forecasting, a Professor of Economics at The George Washington University Columbian College of Arts & Sciences, a Senior Research Fellow at KAPSARC, a Visiting Assistant Professor at Oberlin College, and a Research Assistant at Resources for the Future.
