Flemming Licht is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in business development, international trade, and management. Licht studied at the prestigious Copenhagen Business School, where he honed his skills in finance, marketing, and strategy. He began his career as a Commercial Attaché at The Royal Danish Consulate General in Istanbul, where he spearheaded trade missions and brokered deals between Danish and Turkish companies. Afterward, he founded Unigroup Aps, a boutique consulting firm that provided strategic advice and market research to companies seeking to expand their operations in Europe and the Middle East. He then joined Coloplast, a leading medical device company, as Business Development Manager, Continence Care, where he focused on developing new products and markets for incontinence care. Recently, Licht returned to Unigroup Aps as its Chief Executive Officer, overseeing day-to-day operations and leading the company's growth in key markets.
