Prof. Felisa Córdova is the Director of the School of Engineering at the University Finis Terrae in Santiago, Chile. She has a background in Electrical Engineering, having graduated from the University of Santiago of Chile and obtained advanced degrees from the University of Paris XI, France.
With a wealth of experience in academia, Prof. Córdova has served as a professor, Director of the Department of Industrial Engineering, and Academic Vice Rector at the University of Santiago de Chile. Her research interests encompass Strategic and Operations Management, as well as Knowledge Management of the Supply Chain.
Prof. Córdova has been actively involved in numerous national and international research projects focusing on areas such as Robotics, AGV, and Virtual Operation Systems in underground mining. She is a prolific author with over 80 published papers in conference proceedings and international journals, covering topics like Robotics, Production Research, Knowledge and Strategic Management, Neuromanagement, and Neuromarketing.
Additionally, she has held leadership positions in prestigious organizations such as the Chilean Association of Automatic Control (ACCA) and the Engineers College of Chile. Prof. Córdova's contributions extend beyond academia, as she has been involved in the organization of various national and international conferences and has played key roles in accreditation boards.
