Fabian Pfortmüller

Fabian Pfortmüller is a Swiss community builder based in Amsterdam known for his entrepreneurial endeavors and community initiatives.

He is the co-author of the Community Canvas, an open-source framework for community builders, and has served as the Innovator in Residence at the Kauffman Foundation.

Fabian co-founded Holstee, an organization focused on mindful living, with products sold in over 1000 stores worldwide and designs shared extensively online.

In 2008, he co-founded Sandbox, a global community of young entrepreneurial minds with over 1200 active members across 40+ hubs worldwide, earning recognition in major media outlets.

Additionally, Fabian was involved in the founding of Incubaker, a social innovation think tank, and co-founded ventures like Simple Apps, which was later acquired by ShopStorm.

Fabian Pfortmüller is a well-respected speaker who has presented at esteemed institutions such as Harvard, Yale, and Columbia on topics like entrepreneurship, value-driven startups, and community building.
