Maria Davidson is the CEO and Founder of Kojo Technologies, a company that specializes in modernizing the construction procurement process. Originally from Moscow, she was raised in Israel and moved to London at the age of 13. Davidson graduated from the University of Oxford with a degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics, where she also served as President of the Oxford Union.

Before founding Kojo in 2018, Davidson worked as an investment banking analyst at Goldman Sachs and later as Chief of Staff at the venture capital firm 8VC. Her experiences in the tech and finance sectors, combined with her observations of the construction industry's inefficiencies, inspired her to create Kojo.
