Krystyna Dyrda

Krystyna Dyrda is a natural facilitator and change leader with a passion for engaging others. She is a strong communicator who excels at listening and understanding.

Her educational background includes a Postgraduate Diploma in Political Science with a focus on Corporate Social Responsibility from WSP TWP in Warsaw, Poland, and a Master's degree in Social Work and Special Education from The Maria Grzegorzewska Academy of Special Education.

Krystyna has held various roles at Elsevier, including Product Manager for Content Capabilities, Product Manager for Data and Reporting, and positions such as Product Owner, Application Manager, and Content Development Manager. She also led the Green Team in Amsterdam. Prior to her time at Elsevier, she worked as a Branch Manager at Stichting VIA and gained experience as a Publishing Assistant. Additionally, she has a background in teaching, having worked as an English and cycling instructor for adults and as a Teacher in English language and special education at various institutions.

Her extensive professional experience also includes roles such as Program Manager at VIA Netherlands, PR Campaigns Coordinator at SCI Hellas, and Programs and Team Manager at the D.O.M. Foundation.
