Amber Pledge is a dual-qualified debt finance attorney with extensive experience in advising lenders and borrowers on international and cross-border financing transactions. Her expertise lies in leveraged finance, corporate acquisition finance, syndicated lending, project finance, Islamic finance, credit/equity portfolio acquisitions, and restructuring. She has a strong background in the European, Middle East, and Asian financial markets, including various loan facilities and mezzanine financing. Amber is admitted to practice law in England and Wales since 2014 and California since 2020. She holds a 1st Class Honours BSc in Human Sciences from University College London, along with distinctions in LPC and GDL from BPP Law School. With a professional tenure at prestigious law firms like Morrison & Foerster LLP, Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, Kirkland & Ellis, and as a former Trainee Solicitor at Hogan Lovells, Amber brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the debt finance sector.
