M. Aslam is a highly experienced finance professional with a strong background in project finance, corporate governance, audit, and mergers and acquisitions. A Fellow of Chartered Accountants (FCA) and Associate Member GCC Board Directors Institute, he has worked on various PF structured projects across different industries, including FMCG/distribution, electric power, real estate, oil and gas, and E&P software and services. As the Chief Financial Officer of Miahona at Vision Invest, he oversaw a long-term concession contract for provision of public utilities, managing global finance, taxation, channel operations, and legal functions through regional offices in different countries. He was also elected to three boards of Miahona subsidiaries, where he provided his expertise in corporate governance and audit. As an entrepreneur, he launched and grew a successful accounting firm that specialized in ERP implementations. He is known for high professional ethics and fair dealing, and his leadership skills led him to be selected as a member of the Technical Advisory Committee for the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan.
