Evan Sinar

Dr. Evan Sinar is an accomplished professional with a strong background in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.

He earned his Ph.D. and Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Bowling Green State University, and a B.A. in Psychology from Pomona College.

With a wealth of experience, Dr. Sinar currently serves as the Head of Assessments at BetterUp, a role where he leverages his expertise in organizational psychology.

Previously, he held key positions at renowned organizations such as Chief Scientist and Vice President at DDI (Development Dimensions International) and Financial Officer/Executive Board Member at SIOP (Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology).
