Eva Pentova, a seasoned Learning and Development professional with over 15 years of experience in both client-side and consulting roles in Europe and North America, is passionate about identifying learning and development needs that enable strategic execution of organizational objectives. She holds a Master's degree in Labor and Organizational Psychology, and Bachelor's degrees in Educational Psychology and Psychology, all from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. Previously, Eva has held various leadership positions, including Learning & Organizational Development at MTAC - a BTS company, Assessment & Organizational Design at MTAC - a BTS company, and HR roles at Avon Cosmetics, Bayer, and GlaxoSmithKline. Additionally, Eva has served as an OD & Change Expert at the Center of Conflict Management and Organizational Research at Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski."
