His experience includes roles as an Executive Chef at renowned restaurants and catering companies like Naira Int. Group in Doha, Romero Group in Amman, and Inda Sal in Beirut.

Eugenio has also served as an Executive Chef at well-known dining establishments such as Ristorante Da Giovanni, Bamboo Bay Beach Resort, Fiore Restaurant in Beirut, and Caprice Group in Mikonos.

Having held the position of Executive Chef at Santini Group in London in 1999, Eugenio's career has been marked by consistent excellence and a passion for creating exceptional culinary experiences.
