Erich Eichstetter

Erich Eichstetter is a versatile professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in the fields of design, culinary arts, innovation, and entrepreneurship. He studied Information Design, Photography, Type Design, Brand Communication, and more at L4 - Institut für Digitale Kommunikation, Culinary Arts, Gastronomy, and Restaurant Management at Instituto Culinario de Caracas, and completed Master's programs in Innovation & Entrepreneurship at ISEB and a MicroMaster in Digital Leadership at Boston University. Erich has been actively involved in various organizations, serving as a Startup Mentor at Culinary Action!, Digital Intrapreneur at LABe: Digital Gastronomy Lab, Culinary Product Development Chef at Basque Culinary Center, and holding roles in research, development, and chef positions at a number of well-known establishments like Grupo Gustu, Moist Creation, and Mugaritz.
