Erica Ward

Erica Ward is a motivated and experienced sales and account management professional with a background in channel development and customer success. With a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Albany, SUNY, Erica has held various roles in sales and fundraising, including Channel Sales Manager and Customer Success Manager at Webgility, Inc. Additionally, she has served as Key Channel Account Manager and Franchise Project Manager at Nextiva, as well as Director of Fundraising at Donor Development Strategies. Erica honed her grassroots organizing skills as a Lobbyist, Campaign Manager, Organizing Intern, and Canvasser at the Fund for the Public Interest.
