Fostered cross-functional collaboration across Executive Leadership, Customer Programs, Customer Success, Sales & Marketing, Communications, R&D, and Professional Services to support aggressive growth targets, accelerate deal closures, drive new business opportunities, and improve customer satisfaction. Led advisory engagements with key customers to deepen relationships and integrate feedback into the optimization of Nuance roadmaps. Managed external agencies and department budget, as well as a staff of seven.

● Implemented division-wide platform integrated with Salesforce to support Sales & Marketing teams, increasing customer advocacy engagement by 70% YoY.

Led strategic external communications for Nuance’s Enterprise Division. Supported key customers such as Fidelity, HSBC, H&M, RBS, and Wells Fargo with communications related to deployments of Nuance technology, driving awareness and accelerating achievement of KPIs. ● Landed earned media and analyst coverage for Nuance and its customers across hundreds of top-tier business, technology, and broadcast outlets.  
● Counseled leading global financial institutions such as HSBC in developing and executing internal and external communications campaigns regarding voice biometrics technology to support early achievement of KPIs.

Led communications activities, roadmap planning, and marketing strategy for Dragon Desktop Speech Recognition brand. Managed and executed large-scale initiatives such as global product launches, social media strategy, and customer programs in partnership with Global Communications, Divisional Sales & Marketing, and Product Management. Drove external communications initiatives for Nuance corporate, including messaging, branding, presentation development, corporate media relations and integrated marketing programs.
