Eric Mann

Eric Mann is the Founder of LeverCraft LLC, a company based in Austin, Texas, that specializes in coffee roasting and vintage espresso machine repair. He initially established LeverCraft in 2012 as a repair shop for vintage Italian espresso machines before expanding into coffee roasting and opening a café trailer in East Austin in 2019.32

Mann has a background in project management and has previously worked at Concept Services, Inc. and Ducati, where he developed a passion for coffee that ultimately led him to pursue this entrepreneurial venture.25 Under his leadership, LeverCraft LLC has evolved into a dynamic multi-business entity, managing diverse operations within the specialty coffee industry.14
