Having started his career in major defense companies like Dassault and Thales, Eric has held leadership positions, such as being responsible for the TBU 'Embedded Networks' at Thales Airborne Systems.

Transitioning into entrepreneurship, Eric founded and led 6WIND, a telecommunications software company, expanding its operations to the USA and various countries in Asia, with a significant portion of revenue generated through international partnerships and licensing agreements.

Currently, Eric leverages his entrepreneurial experience and corporate knowledge to coach executives and managers, aiding them in making informed decisions for personal and professional growth.
