Eric Ballard received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from SUNY Albany. Prior to joining Digital Realty, Eric held positions such as Account Executive at Time Warner Cable Business Class, Supervisor - National Broadcast Sales Team at Cox Media Group and Client Relationship Management Specialist at Tycoon Financial Services.
