Eliza Martin is a renowned culinary expert with years of experience in the hospitality industry. After training at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City, she worked with several quality restaurants, catering operations, and prestigious media outlets such as Saveur Magazine and The Rachael Ray Show. As a mentor under The James Beard Foundation's Women In Culinary Leadership program, she strengthened her culinary expertise by mastering Creole, Indian, and Latin cuisine.

Moving to San Francisco, Eliza joined Zingari Ristorante as their executive chef and led the team at an iconic Italian house. As an innkeeper, she transformed the dining experience with her exceptional service and culinary masterpieces. Passionate about the community, Eliza now focuses on food education by offering cooking lessons to children and young adults. She partners with universities in the Bay Area to bring Edible Education to the youth.

With a degree in Musical Theater from DeSales University, Eliza combines her love for music and culinary arts to showcase her passion for cooking with elegance and expertise. With an exceptional background in food preparation, professional cooking, and kitchen assistance, she brings sustainable and community-based cooking to the forefront.
