Eliisa (Laitila) Augustine

Eliisa Laitila is a Solutions Expert Team Lead in Business Development at iCarol. Previously, she worked as the Program Manager at Dial Help Community Support and Outreach Center and as an Associate Study Director at Synovate. She also had a background in managing accounts and sales with her experience as a Sales Representative at CareerBuilder.com and an Account Coordinator at Bernard Hodes Group. Before entering the non-profit sector, Laitila owned and developed apparel concepts with her brand, Eliisa Laitila Designs. She achieved her BS in Marketing, Magna Cum Laude at Northern Michigan University.

Laitila is passionate about providing help to people in need, managing data, and the non-profit sector in general. She helps clients consult on the best ways to manage their data and move forward to achieve their goals. Her experience in managing a crisis helpline in Northern Michigan led her to merge her background in managing accounts and sales with her love for non-profit helplines.
