El (Elise) Chantry is a seasoned professional in the music programming and event management industry with over 15 years of experience.

Currently, she is dedicated to curating the contemporary music program and overseeing the MRC Presents program at the stunning Melbourne Recital Centre.

Elise has a Master's degree in Project Management from RMIT University and a Bachelor's degree in Arts Management from the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts.

Her career spans various prestigious organizations, including roles as a Programming Manager and Contemporary Program Manager at the Melbourne Recital Centre, Partnerships & Events Manager at Creative Partnerships Australia, and A/Event Manager at Melbourne Music Week, among others.

With a rich background in arts policy, Elise has also contributed her expertise as a Senior Policy Officer in Communications at The Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries.
