With the inception of the summit in 2018, Ed has successfully navigated challenges like global recessions and a pandemic, growing the event into a coveted annual conference for major tech companies worldwide.

Ed Nelson holds a Master's Degree in Medieval History MA from the University of Leeds and a Bachelor's Degree in History BA (Hons) from Newcastle University.

His professional journey includes roles as a Strategic Advisor at Kisaco Research, a Freelance Technology Media Consultant, a Portfolio Director for AI & Tech at Kisaco Research, and a Senior Conference Producer at Kisaco Research.

Prior to his ventures in the tech industry, Ed also served as a Rifleman (Territorial) in the British Army.
